Contact click log
We record the clicked contact channel, page, language, and time to measure which contact methods are useful. We do not store an IP address, cookie identifier, or device fingerprint in this log. A click notification may be delivered to Swerte Studio's Telegram.
AI chat and human takeover
An AI service processes chat replies. The full website conversation is stored and forwarded to Swerte Studio's private Telegram. A team member may pause the AI and reply; after the configured quiet period, AI-powered replies may resume using the retained customer, AI, and team conversation as context.
Retention and rights
We keep enquiry and conversation data for up to 180 days unless legal obligations require longer. You may request access, correction, or deletion by email.
