The quote or order confirmation defines deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
AGREED-DELIVERY GUARANTEE
If the delivery misses the written scope, we correct it.
For a fixed-scope business project, we agree what will be delivered and how it will be accepted before work starts. If the delivery materially deviates from that agreement, we correct the deviation without an additional labour charge.
HOW THE GUARANTEE WORKS
An objective delivery promise, not an opinion guarantee.
Inspect within 14 days
The customer checks the delivery and reports a concrete deviation in writing within 14 calendar days of handover.
Correction on an agreed schedule
We correct one material deviation within our responsibility without an additional labour charge. Timing is confirmed after impact assessment.
The agreed work must be delivered.
- A missing item included in the written delivery scope
- Functionality that fails an agreed acceptance criterion
- An implementation defect reproducible on agreed devices or browsers
- An agreed integration defect caused by Swerte Studio code
We do not guarantee outcomes outside our control.
- A new requirement, changed preference, or content replaced after approval
- Incorrect customer information, missing material, or delayed decisions
- A change or outage in a third-party service, API, operator, hosting provider, or search engine
- A change made by the customer or another supplier after delivery
- Google rankings, traffic, lead volume, sales, revenue, or return on investment
- Perfect AI accuracy outside approved tests and agreed safeguards
CONTRACTUAL PROMISE
The guarantee covers delivery—not an automatic refund.
The guarantee applies to fixed-scope business projects when included in the written quote or order confirmation. The primary remedy under this voluntary promise is one correction within the original scope. Other rights and responsibilities follow the written agreement and applicable law.
The 14-day inspection period is a contractual notification window for a business project. It is not the consumer distance-selling cancellation right.
How do you report a deviation?
Email the project name, the acceptance criterion that is not met, and reproducible steps or a screenshot. Give us reasonable access to inspect and correct the issue.
